Worldstream increasing pricing (again)

This is funny. Less than a year and another price increase. Previous thread https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/203224/worldstream-rising-prices-looking-for-alternative/p1

Pricing update for Dedicated Servers & Colocation effective 01-01-2026

Dear XXXX,

We believe pricing should be clear, predictable and free of surprises.
To stay aligned with rising hardware and maintenaince costs, we will adjust the pricing of our Dedicated Servers and Colocation services.

A price adjustment of 2.9% will take effect on 01-01-2026.
This change will be processed automatically on invoices for service periods starting on or after this date.

Your services, configurations and performance remain unchanged.
This update only affects pricing.

We share this update to give you clear visibility and allow you to plan accordingly.
If you have any questions, our team is available at [email protected]

Thank you for relying on Worldstream.

Solid IT. No Surprises.

No Surprises. Indeed.

Damn. I do miss Worldstream, they were great to us for years but we had to leave earlier this year as well. They could no longer honor the pricing on our custom configs or even offer them to us and reduced things like the protection level that came standard on their DDoS mitigation.

They have a great support team and a great network. No complaints whatsoever about anything service related. But just hit a wall and couldn't grow with them anymore.

We weren't huge but we weren't small by any means. Was spending thousands a month with them. They sold their business last year (I think?) and looks like investors are milking the cow.
