Good response, thanks! I've also been doing the digital nomad thing for the last couple of years now and basically just need a stable VPN and static IP that can be whitelisted. I've not encountered any Wireguard blocks on public wifi, whether it be at a cafe or airport or anything, but it's possible I've just been lucky.
Strangely enough, the one place I had the most restrictions was in the US at my old machine shop job. Before IncogNET was a full-time job, I operated some machines that finished aluminum diecast parts for vehicles. Place had wifi but blocked YouTube, Spotify, Tidal, etc. Getting a VPN to work there was a PITA and since I was working in a giant metal building surrounded by giant machines, I never had a mobile signal. I was impressed with just how much they wanted their employees to hate their life. Listening to a podcast while working wasn't going to impact production quotas...
Obfuscation might soon be required in the UK as the government is starting the propaganda to get VPNs banned. So, for VPN providers obfuscation won't be a "nice-to-have", reserved for China and Iran, in the next few years.

Nothing really wrong with the existing setup, it's been in use hiccup free for a year or more now but there are some things that could be better, so we're going to do better.

I am not sure about the experience of others, but I have given up some months ago with Incognet, given trouble with the service and no clarity on ticket response.
Basically, from what I could understand, the ticket system is on the basis that you create a ticket and wait for them to reply. If you follow up, it will go back to the end of the queue. And there is no way to tell when they will reply.
I now have a few idling VMs that have been paid up for years. Anyone wants them, please contact me.

One suggestion: for Debian (and maybe Ubuntu), I think it would be better to install from the official Tor repos, as the one for Debian is outdated. Debian Repo is on Tor 0.8.4.16, whereas the latest version is 0.8.4.21
Support has definitely been hit or miss this year. I'm not going to try to pretend it hasn't been. I feel like some people get things responded to very quickly and some others sort of get stuck in limbo. If I'm sitting here and see a Slack notification for something obviously quick, I often just grab it and take a break from whatever I'm working on to bash it out in a matter of minutes... But some other requests pile up and before you know it you've got a few tickets that's been stuck in the queue for a long time.
Queue isn't too bad now though. Feel free to DM me your ticket ID(s) and I'll take a look. There is additional help with access to most things nowadays but they're part time only.

Good catch. I'll be 100% honest, I had forgotten I added that. I just did a service transfer yesterday for another customer, but it was a PITA (through no fault of their own) due to an issue encountered with Virtualizor. (Only legacy plans use Virtualizor, and the legacy 1776 plans I believe have 5Gbps connectivity whereas the newer ones only have 1.5Gbps) What should have taken five minutes turned into about an hour and a half.
Whenever I get the TOS/AUP update finished (nothing major, just some clarification of things) I'll include the service transfer clause. We may do it but request a small fee or something. Main goal is to prevent scalpers and the like.
@MannDude I may have missed it, but any update on AMD-SEV (particularly in PA, I've got a lifer there)?
Also, you've been a real one as far as customer support so no rush on my lower priority tickets. I bundle them up in one ticket anyway, to be especially annoying.

It should be available on some nodes. Some it may not be available on. I still need to make a list of where it is and is not available.
CPU wise, all hypervisors should support it, but it may not be enabled on some hypervisors in the BIOS or depending on the board it may not be even an option in the BIOS even if it's a feature of the CPU.
Since I don't really like inconsistent featuresets across POPs I just removed the text from the site in regards to it for now.

Was going to launch last year but decided against it since it was around Black Friday and all the mail related excitement was elslewhere. This was also a good decision on my behalf because it was going to be Netherlands based, but we migrated datacenters and had a few weeks of hell in regards to service quality in that POP... So it would have been a flop of a launch.
I'm still on the fence about releasing it, however.
Are issues persisting in NL? I have a shared hosting plan there (just idling) and my attempts to log into DA timeout.

Shouldn't be. Common cause for that would be a blacklisting ld your IP in th firewall. If you've got a mail client trying to fetch emails on a scheduled polling and it fails due to password mismatch or something, you'll get blocked. But feel free to PM me your email used for WHMCS and your IP. I'll check it out.
I was using IncogVPN on the NL location (23.137.248.235). Switched to a different location and I was able to log in to the NL shared hosting.
Removed. Looks like it was blocked for almost a year, this is the first report we've received.
