How is the uptime status now? 285 days ago you had a downtime on March 1st.
My friends mentioned in that date that support responses were slow, but they said the uptime has been good.
My uptime has been 100% in Paris and 99.56% in Germany.
Support times aren't slow, they're pretty fast, and insightful. When you get a reply, it's actually a solution, or more asking for more info to help with a solution.
Hi,
our uptime should be still > 99,9% actually. If this is not enough for you, i suggest you to run a multi location setup or invest (significant) more money in a guaranteed higher uptime.
But clean IPs have nothing to do with spotify.
If ever what you search is a residential IP and thats something we dont offer.
hi,
I'm also looking for a good place with high uptime, and support that is responsive and solves problems in critical situations, because every minute of downtime damages my credibility.
I currently have 5 active servers across 5 different data centers. Two of my main servers have IP issues, and ChatGPT doesn't work on them.
I don't want residential IPs—just two servers in Germany without any issues for use.
Hi,
you will have to understand that more and more websites and entities filter traffic to protect them from unwanted traffic.
99,999999....9999....% of unwanted traffic originalted from datacenters ( alias bots ).
So all this nice IP information services exist and make their money by providing IP information ( including an accurate geo location and origin ).
And those services check the routing to find out what IPs belong to access providers ( alias residential IPs ) and which belong to datacenters.
That has nothing to do with blacklists/issues/what ever but that datacenter traffic is simply unwanted and they filter it as soon as its detected.
So there are two reasons why you have no problems with IP A but with IP B you have problems.
As a result its a pure gamble. Maybe you get an IP that works because the entity you want to visit decided not to filter this specific IP range or you get an IP that does not work because the entity wants this specific IP range to be blocked.
The problem: If its not a residential IP, your luck can any time turn against you and suddenly your services wont work anymore without that you or the provider changed anything.
So IF you really want stable service, then get residential IPs.
If not then do what you are currently doing, collect IPs from all kind of datacenter's and hope you will get some that are not filtered ( yet ) and if they started to be filtered, you still have a plan B. The downside is obvious: You are doomed to do provider hopping and always search fresh blood...
Thank you for the guidance and explanations.
I used pq.hosting for 1 year, and it was flawless at one point. However, it went under attack for about a week and had issues, so I stopped using it.
I used 4vps for another 6 months, but my dedicated server went down for a week, and support didn’t give proper answers.
In 2025, I used aeza, and until recently, I had no issues—there were no restrictions on applications.
Now, I’ve taken a server from takehost and connected my servers' outputs to a problem-free IP, temporarily solving the issue.
To sum up, I want two hassle-free servers.
