Oh my God! Am I the only one who feels, the actresses from 90s and early 2000s were mostly much more beautiful than the current ones (mostly artificial). Or, maybe it's just the generation gap.

well, i generally like women that were born a few years within my year (before of after), and Ivonne is perfect. She still very attractive..

But i know what you saying.. take at least this chick from The Boys - Erin Moriarty.. she insists she did nothing to her face and that she just aged, grew up..

    before

    after

    Before, way better lookin.

So how have you've been @noob404 ? Feels like a month since I've last been active in this thread. I knew my posting would slow down in this thread as I always get busy this time of year (pushes before the hard freeze for the holidays and end of year) but I kind of didn't expect to get distracted by some new toys as well

Oh yes, feels like, it's been a really long time since we last hung out on the thread. Yah, I can understand, the retro console, the mods and what not would keep you busy. And, yes, this time of the year is also when clients expect you to prepone deadlines and whatnot. So, it does get pretty hectic. Do join from time to time, if you can though.

    Always

I only experienced it last year. Someone informed me it was common in the freelancing space

    Won't that be expensive?

Yeah, That would be more than I could afford but a man can dream.

If you have a PC at home, you could always use that!
Or use CPU only processing!

I have personally been using CPU only for training a TTS model, and it isn't as slow as I'd imagined but having watched videos of people doing it with GPUs and the speed at which they complete, I am convinced GPU is much better. Moreover, there are processed which would even deny processing without a GPU

Do you want to share any info on that? It's something I'd like to look at myself, but training a model on my voice.

What information do you need? I will help. Gives me a chance to return many of you a favour, given I have learned a lot from you.

I guess just as basic as what software you're trying and whether it's decent or not. I looked at the webpages (so just their description not actually trying it) for about a dozen open source TTS about 9 months ago. Only one actually seemed to do proper voice mimicing, and despite its claims to be open source, there wasn't actually any source code or models to download.

I forgot about that project idea after that, but it's still something I'd like to experiment with if I find the time.

Oh, I loved her in The Boys as well. As for her claims, that has become pretty common in Hollywood and pretty much every movie industry where they just don't wanna reveal what kinda procedures they have had done. So, I would take their claims with a pinch of salt.
I am still waiting for the last season. In the meantime wanted to start Gen V, but, don't get the time. I usually have time to watch it during lunch or dinner, but, then, Gen v isn't something you can watch with the family.

My kind then. Added to shortlist

Don't know her though. I mean I was talking generally that, when procedures weren't very common, we had naturally beautiful actors and that procedures generally ruin beauty in the long term, imo. Nicole Kidman, being prime example, as we talked earlier.

    More natural...

Yah, there are YouTubers who explain what procedures a celeb has gone through. They usually get a lot of legal notices.
