Looking for the best quote possible for a dedicated server

I'm searching for the best possible quote for a unmanaged dedicated server with a 10gbps connections and alot of storage for a backup solution. Looking at around 100tb of traffic and 100TB + raw storage. As form ram it depends, i could run ZFS or have a hardware raid controller. Would need 1 or 2 drive parity at most as this would give time to the selected provider to change the disk without impacting the data. As for computation, anything better than Intel E-2186G can be considered. As for the location, America or North America is preferred, but again over seas will also be considered. I do have 250-300 USD/Month as budget.. but seeing that there is a potential for my customer base to increase, i'm willing to possibly invest a little more.
