Best option is the Intel Special 64GB at $69/mo for light to medium transcoding workloads. The Intel i7-9700K or the Ryzen 5600X (a bit over $70) for heavier workloads.
What ipmi does it have ? No pikvm I hope and can it have gpu or would that cost considerably more

These primarily use SuperMicro motherboard and have a dedicated BMC. We do not use PiKVM. All of our KVM over IP is onboard with a dedicated NIC and power controls. GPU would be an add on with it's on cost.
