nope, been 10 days for me.. it's just stupid. i am planning to go the way of credit card reversal if they don't do it in a day or two..
there's even email (from link) - [email protected] - i sent my request there, they said "very many tickets" and that's it, still no refund.. and i personally have 9 VPS with them.. they have lost my renewals for next year that's for sure..
when did you put up ticket and when was money refunded? just for comparison please

there is literally NO TRUST in rarecloud.. fucking BS is what they are.
we talking about screwed up BF purchases.. several weeks ago anyone could have gotten a refund.. now - not in the books...

I also received refund for one of my VPS. Though it takes 10 days at least they offer refunds, better than some providers that don't offer refund at all.
have time to reply here, while i've been waiting for refund since november 29.. charged me 19euros instead of 7, this is ridiculous. booo, @rarecloud, booo

Stay away from RareCloud.
I will not purchase from RareCloud again, nor will I recommend it to others.
rarecloud deadpool wasn't on my bingo list this year.
After waiting a week, when I finally got a reply, it said that they've looked at my VPS and it was delivered correctly as advertised, so they don't think a refund is the right option for me. Would I like moving to a different location? I had to point out that their terms don't say you can have a refund if they think it's the right option, but simply if you ask for one within 14 days. I did eventually get it, but that was before their BF demand surge swamped things further.
I'm quite nervous that they keep moving services from one DC to another. There's a line in the Ts and Cs that says you agree they can change your IP and I guess this is why. They spin it that they're expanding and opening up new locations, except the old locations vanish, so they're shuffling the deck. It seems they repeatedly hit problems with one upstream provider and move onto the next.

Neither a migration nor any other update from their side, so I have now also put in a request for a refund.

i finally received reply from someone called daniel. here's how things went:
after I asked to remove invoice, not to charge and not to provision, send a dozen tickets and direct messages to email listed on link transaction, hey did anyway, - it appears I had to cancel to proceed with the refund.. it doesn't matter that i am a long standing customer with 9 other VPS @ rarecloud. it is simply sad.
@FAT32 why even allow such unskilled and unreliable seller on LET?
cancel everything as a token of appreciation as I did.
