Looking for Dedicated Residential Starlink Hosting/VPS (Home Lab) - $120-$150/mo Budget

Hi everyone,
I know this is a bit of an unusual request, but I am hoping to find someone in this community who runs a home lab with a Starlink connection and has some spare capacity.
I am a legitimate business owner located in a country with severe internet censorship and restricted global connectivity. To conduct my daily business operations and access necessary global services, I require a residential IP address that is clean and not flagged as a datacenter/VPN range.
Most commercial VPNs and datacenter IPs are blocked or flagged by the services I use. Therefore, I am looking for a "residential VPS" solution.
What I am looking for: I need a reliable person who can host a small VM or a container (LXC) on their home server, or even a small dedicated device (like a Raspberry Pi or NUC), connected specifically through a Starlink residential network.
Network:Must be Starlink (Residential IP). I will use it to set up a private VPN tunnel (WireGuard/Tailscale) to route my business traffic.
Location: US, Canada, or Europe preferred (but open to others).
Budget: $120-$150 USD per month (Negotiable based on hardware/reliability).
If you have a Starlink setup and a spare VM slot, please DM me so we can discuss the technical details.

Curious why only Starlink. Is the govt able to block any other ISPs residential IPs?
Exactly.
Feel free to set up audit rules or blocklists on your router to prevent access to restricted sites. I imagine this is common knowledge for anyone in the hosting industry
You can try https://backyardbandwidth.com/ - Not Starlink, however.
Open up, FBI......
