Looking for: Budget-Friendly VPS with Clean IP Address

Hello,

I'm looking for a VPS for private VPN setup. Requirements are as follows:

  • Minimal configuration; Budget under $20/year
  • Relatively 'clean' IPv4 address; Preferably not blocked by Cloudflare or Reddit
  • Server located in Europe or the US
  • Trustworthy provider
  • PayPal payments supported

Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  • Going to be hit or miss. You can be unlucky with an IP because of its previous owner. Maybe with some providers you get better luck than others, but still you can get a bad IP. I would recommend asking up front if you can switch IP for free if you get a bad one that doesn't suit your needs.

Maybe ask Mike at ExtraVM, I forgot his username here.

Edit: Nvm, you won't get anything for $20 per year at ExtraVM AFAIK.

Like others are saying, you either have to get lucky or you need to apply some tricks when it comes to websites like Reddit. It also depends on your user agent and browser AFAIK.

The only way to be 100% sure is getting a fixed residential IP/proxy from an ASN that's actually registered as an ISP, which can be pretty hard to find and might be a bit overkill for this purpose. It will cost more than 20 bucks/year too if you're looking for something reliable.

@Calin is registered as residential network in North Korea.
    They are 100% reliably offline.
