Does it support remote databases?
I see that the image you provided shows an SSH terminal. Does that work for all packages?
You can go to the MySQL Databases feature and create a database user with remote access and specify the IP/hostname you want to allow.
Yes, you will need to open a ticket for enabling SSH. It is disabled by default.
