    I can absolutely agree there. But, is a cybercrime complaint applicable here atleast? I mean the cybercrime portal has specific case categories and if any of them are applicable, you'd atleast file a complaint there, if the way your partener cheated has any of those cybercrime-related traits. I know the case will prolly lead nowhere, but, if it does, you'd recover atleast a bit of that money.
    But, anyways, please don't take any of my suggestions if you feel it's just not worth it.

    If you need some advice for financial management, try the Indian subreddits for financial advice. Every other day, there is some poor soul who lost their life savings and even loaned amounts ranging from 10-40+ lakhs to those idiotic stock market scams, asking for advice.
