Not exactly. Many servers are unmetered "fair use" which means if their port is overloaded, they will investigate if someone is hogging it all, and throttle them, but otherwise, there is no specific limit.

Try Hetzner server auctions, you can find dedicated servers a few dollars above your budget. They have dedicated unlimited 1gbit connection. I'd also suggest OVH.
If you really need 50TB or more bandwidth a month, you'll benefit a lot from a dedicated uplink.
Bro no one's gonna give you unmetered bandwidth for €25, Maybe if you double your budget, but still highly doubtful.
