Feature request: Follow a profile
I usually don't have the time to regularly visit this site and yet might be want to be notified of promotion threads from providers, I'd like to see a feature to "follow" a profile which would send me a Vanilla notification and an email informing me of their new threads.

I would like the same. Some follow button only on a page like https://lowendtalk.com/profile/discussions/NovaCloudHosting to be notified about new threads of a provider. It may be possible through RSS also.
