Was just an updated geofeed for his IPv6 if I recall.
But still, I'd hate to have to explain to some person of authority who may have no or limited tech knowledge that no, I'm not actually doing business with North Korea this was all just a joke. Romanian government may be cool with NK though, I've never actually looked.
