OVH would be the best option since they have DDOS protection as well, even if you don't need DDOS protection it is always a good idea to have it as a precautionary measure.

I am also from one of your neighbouring countries & have been an OVH customer for 2+ years now so should be no problem for you , the website is www.ovh.ie present them your proof of address & they will remove VAT for you as well which means you will pay upto 23% less than what their EU customers pay.Ordering a server from OVH's France location would also ensure better ping from India as compared to US.They have an east Coast Canada location as well.
