Such a view is hard to believe. It is much easier to simply refund the customers, than dealing with chargebacks from banks and payment processors. This could simply be an issue of company understaffed with regards to server installations and support; or the company experiences issues with obtaining the needed hardware due to current economic turmoil.

Or, in the words of The BOFH, there is a "Difficult Customer" flag somewhere. Today is Sunday in the US. If you want Sunday service, your Xeon 6138 is going to cost you $250/month not $50/month. Even the arch capitalist in me is not expecting Sunday turnarounds. Let the guys go to liturgy.

I expect some people might say "Of course you're blasé about it, your server got delivered". One of them did. I'm still waiting on the other. And I'm fine with that. If I wanted instant delivery I would not be ordering on Black Friday of all days.

I sometimes wonder if some of these comments aren't thinly-veiled spam for the giveaway bot.

  • Been with them for a while now, pretty solid experience. The network is good and I just grabbed another box, even though I usually stick to EU providers.

That said, you can tell theyre a smaller team during sales like BF/CM. Getting absolutely slammed and responses slow down. Rest of the year they are super responsive and helpful with stuff, but right now they just seem buried. If you can wait out the holiday backlog, its worth it.

If not, I'll gladly take your $99 boxes (for $ or trade em for a maxed LE-B ;) ).

Yeah. Lets say you paid on the 01.12.2025 and the server gets delivered on 14.12.2025, then the next payment will be due on 14.12.2026. So it might be a little sad to wait longer, but in the end you won’t loose anything.

Ordered on 11/28 and got it 5 days ago. I think they are just a bit slow in provisioning but the queue is definitely moving, as on MJJ forums I can see threads talking about servers being delivered every day since BF.

  • I am assuming the issue is only related to manually provisioning dedicated servers. I assume there are no issues with cloud servers.

I got the hybrid VPS that looks to be their VPS-6 with an extra 1TB storage and it hasn’t been entirely smooth. The original provision failed and so they had to redo it a few days later, but when they reprovisioned the service it didn’t get the 1TB and billing dropped the BF discount.

I’ll say though that their supports been pretty responsive, particularly knowing they’ve had a demanding week and have been sorting things out. I’m also not in a rush so I’m fine with how it’s tracking and haven’t been pushing to be a priority or anything. Confident it’ll all be sorted.

  • It's been a week and still no luck with my Ryzen Slice (VDS)..
