I cannot view orders or invoices in OVH IE. Do you guyz still experience that issue?

on my side, everythgn workign flawlessly

I cannot view any of my servers also. bye bye KS-LE*...

i just paid for my new order, adn ther ei can see my old invoices/orders,, as well,, so maybe some accoutns facing this issue,, not all

I just paid for my renewal. Only 2 services were renewed and a few others are stuck. No live chat nor any support at this point of time..

All order page, invoice page, server pages are not accessible. So I checked the server status after the payment via the OVH API, only 2 are renewed and the rest are not.

Did you try removing your temp files? Cookies, localStorage... And try login again

It happens to me from time to time.

I think either my account or ovh is acting up. None of my server were renewed. I cannot access them either...

Finally, they are back.. God bless KS-LE-B...

Can you find them at their renewal page? My servers which should be renewed still show up in the manager but not in the renewal section.

Not sure if discussed but first they removed private networking from rise-s to create rise-s-2 with it and now the s-2 seems removed as well

I guess it competed too much with their other configs

I guess they were originally planning to add -2 to the other configs but reverting it back to rise-s to match the other skus.

I don't think so, their reaction on discord leads us to believe that the only reason was the vRack. Otherwise they would just add vRack back again to the RISE-S.

maybe, could just be an incoming update to the website. It hasn’t been in stock since the change has it? Has anyone with an active S2 noticed a change?

I have an original Rise-S as well as an S-2 and there's no change. Change only applies to new orders AFAIK

You can ask in their git, if they add vrack to other servers. Feature testing, but its odd on production machines.

What's the renewal price? If you're looking to get rid of it for a high price, then this isn't probably the best forum to look, if you're happy with 2x the renewal then I'm sure people would be interested (me included 😜)

thinks that make you go huh.. I got an email in the middle of the night saying my server was delivered. I was expecting to get the bottom of the barrel as I just had issues the whole way and things took forever. 1G/10G too, wtf.

I guess the YABS below would show otherwise.. I guess I'm just kinda shook? Not sure.
