    You should turn off VPN and Proxy, if you choose a different country from IP address your using for security reasons system wouldn't agree. If you can create a support ticket with OS, Plan and Hostname we can define order to account.

    I guess you use some revoluting card too. I've had enough of their nonsense after they charged me GBP 1.00 on a entire cash withdrawal that took me GBP 0.08 over the allowance rather than just the advertised 3% of 0.08. None of my other cards do that - if they charge a fee on international ATM withdrawals, it's only on any excess over the limit.

    This was after going to great lengths to wait until a Monday evening rather than a weekend, to avoid the extra 1% fee too.

    I'm just winding down my balance to near 0 now. Their greed will hurt them in the long run as I just to just leave a couple of grand in the 0% interest current account for convenience.
