What are some server providers which allow me to build my own infrastructure/resell it with ease

Hello LowEndTalk. Recently I have been interested in building something like this and I wish to know if there are any providers which can fulfill the following requirements
- They will give me 24 hours to fix/manually delete some server (or part of it?) if its part of the abuse and not delete my whole account or have a system of warnings etc
- allow "reselling" without some special license or being a partner
- Have good-enough contact-support to contact the team via either their live messaging integration in their website or via custom messaging applications like telegram,discord or slack [mostly they link me to a 10-20 column form to contact with no idea how long they would take to interact with it]
- (preferably) Allowing me access to better deals overall
- (preferably/optionally support crypto)
- (Optionally allow me to give a test drive of some servers)
I am interested what your guys thoughts on it are as clearly many of you are experienced and I am just a single buddy with an specific niche idea for platform-as-a-service and I dont want my service or my account to be cancelled because of any abuse that might come from people who use my service.
This is one of the reasons hetzner became a no go for me personally because I really really love them but they are very strict on abuse which could have lead my account to shutdown thus a sense of paranoia.
Anyways, that being said, I just want to say that I really appreciate the community and its an absolute honor to be a part of it now.

We don't have Crypto, at least for the time being, but tick all of the other boxes, also have presence in both EU and USA (with more to come).

To be honest sir there isnt a very strong preference I hold, Like basically 2 (America,Europe) continents plus (a strong preference to Asia) would be wonderful but I think that it isn't as much of an deal breaker at all.
The deal breakers are deals, I wish to get some good deals preferably plus just an understanding that what I am doing is custom and to ask me before they mess with my systems and give me time to handle abuse etc. too and I would really prefer being able to talk to a human/support team with them quickly if problem ever arises, these are the major priorities right now.
Feel like you are looking more for providers who own their infrastructure (or even the location) and like small to medium business? With these you can either rent dedicated or colocate, which could probably work better?
I have dedicated servers with @Colocrossing, @ReliableSiteHosting (and some more, but have yet need to interact with their support), and I think they at least meet or exceeds the majority of your requirements (not totally sure about the abuse part yet)...
