    They'll blunt your beard clipper blades because the hairs are thicker, and potentially cut the skin where it's loose that really doesn't want any cuts because it's easy to get infections down there.

    TMI I tried it once out of curiosity after I got my clippers but I leave down there alone entirely after that. Also the spiky feeling with a shortish beard is even more annoying down there.

    Just on a small patch to test it before I decided it was a bad idea. The clippers feel like they're tugging more than cutting because the hair is a different type. And as it grow back it was annoying AF as well.

    I see, that works ofcourse. But you don't need to experiment too.much. there's professionals who'll do it for you. It'll get better once you're used to it. Not much different than going to the hairstylist.

    Surely socks has a lot about the feel of them too. Watching a video of that seems like it's missing an important part of the ASMR.

    Yeah, you right. There's a sock niche though. I tried it for a while. Didn't like all that laundry.
