They'll blunt your beard clipper blades because the hairs are thicker, and potentially cut the skin where it's loose that really doesn't want any cuts because it's easy to get infections down there.
TMI I tried it once out of curiosity after I got my clippers but I leave down there alone entirely after that. Also the spiky feeling with a shortish beard is even more annoying down there.

That last bit is definitely good advice. I'm gradually learning that as I get older, but still worry too much about whether I look OK or not if I'm wearing something new... It's much safer with stuff that's old that's already passed the test.
I think it's just meatballs and onions that just ended up looking a bit ratty.

Yeah, true that. If you're going to be doing it regularly, maybe invest in an annual membership for DragonPass or similar so you can hang out in the lounges. Still a waste of time, but with comfy chairs and often free food.

Roo many mirrors and lamps around the house to escape from..I actually got a halo lamp yesterday ( dunno if that's the right word) for shooting vids.

Just on a small patch to test it before I decided it was a bad idea. The clippers feel like they're tugging more than cutting because the hair is a different type. And as it grow back it was annoying AF as well.
