    I'm pretty sure they focus on us and really care about our idle / purchase behavior. ;)

    What numbers are we talking about? $10-20 per box? That's a laugh for OVH.
    The transfer / contact change is fully automated and working flawlessly.
    No manual intervention required, no risk, as it's only possible to existing accounts.

    And then without notice? Businesses love that.

    i just paid for my new order, adn ther ei can see my old invoices/orders,, as well,, so maybe some accoutns facing this issue,, not all

    It happens to me from time to time.

    I think either my account or ovh is acting up. None of my server were renewed. I cannot access them either... :neutral:

    OVH CA?

    They are having a lot of hiccups atm, I assume.

    E.g. I do get mails about unpaid invoices that are paid and show up as paid in the dashboard. Also get those sometimes even before an invoice is issued. It does look as if some internal systems are currently out of sync or messed up at OVH CA.

    But: I do see the servers and do see the invoices and see the invoices as paid and servers as renewed. I just get emails that don't match to what happens and what I see in the dashboard.

  • Also I would try chat to contact OVH, works way better than opening a ticket (chat may later result in a ticket being opened if the chat rep cannot fix it but these internal tickets are handled better than just opened tickets by clients). Ymmv though.
