I mean it was named FAT32, it was your nemesis, you would never let it go.
I think it's good you "missed" it by acting like you didn't see it for first 5 minutes, waiting for sold out and then playing dumb.
I literally didn't even read enough to see what it was, i just clicked the link and bought it. lol. Thank you for the deals sir! @host_c for the win!!!
... then LET spam-limited me and i couldnt post a reply for like 10 minutes even tho it said wait 2 minutes... AWFUL. DOES THIS WORK YET!? HALP
JabJab special deserves an upgrade for sure !
Need 4TB HDD
Oh I should have bought one as well
thanks host-ceeeeeeeeeee i finally became your customer

That's a very good offer, but you might have missed the point of storage, raising the price a bit. It would be better to include some snapshots, and cut some of that RAM and CPU. RAM is expensive nowadays, and a storage machine does not need that much RAM anyway.
People use storage mostly for... storage. Sometimes we even encrypt data. We don't need lots of RAM or lots of CPU for storing data encrypted. With this in mind, maybe keep the storage hardware separate, and virtualisation hardware separate. Storage servers in my opinion are better with 1GB / 1 CPU, and with more focus on space and possibly snapshots plus automated backups.
I hope this personal feedback helps.
same question, last year's flash deal had a system ssd.
@host_c any $7 chicken deal?
Did I miss the deal again
too many questions. Is host-c deal, just buy, think later.
@avsisp any any restock?
Okey, brb in like 20 minutes, gonna buy some Coca-Cola and ice cubes for caffeine delivery as I was rudely waken up today by some fucking music playing outside and I am semi-dead zombie.
No, this is not reversed psychology, you can't post deals in next 20 minutes. You can? You can't? Reversed? I don't know, I'm lost.
look at this guy over here, getting sleep, sheesh
draw santa with an erection coming up
Woooooo
This is some good stuff, have you ever considered to launch some service on this
That's probably part of the problem though. Because the deals were so limited, and they only clicked on the affiliate links to get the deals, then very few will convert to actual sales because they're not looking at the rest of your offerings.
Personally, I'd say that for stuff like the LET megathread deals, affiliate codes should be ignored, or maybe the discount code should override the affiliate code and direct that money back to LET. But probably given that the margins are especially thin for these deals, just disable the affiliate code.
Yes, they did, but likely they try to modernise their systems. The storage deals did not behave quite great in my opinion. So I believe they work on it trying to improve. Unfortunately I had to cancel one of their storage servers this year, because I personally found it difficult to reinstall the operating system and stuff.
I do however appreciate them for coming on Black Friday again, and offering a deal on the precious page 700.
@FAT32 sensei, do you reckon this year's new year's megathread would be more lively compared to BF?
