    Ordered a promo server from one of the providers here.
    They changed their TOS afterwards and now promo deals are non-transferable.

    I think ultimately - if a provider is selling something at a loss - they really don't want to spend more time or efforts on dealing with it. It is always some bad apples (eg. scalpers) that ruined it for everyone.
