    Nice work. I've never not addicted to smoking, but it seems to be about the hardest thing to give up, especially as it's still quite socially tolerated so you can't even rely on peer pressure to help.

    Me as well. Been trying to quit for almost 6 years now. Just can't. But, i can go without smoking for months together and then if I do relapse all that work goes down the drain.
