    Similarly, you're using the Xtom data center v.ps without any problems. I want to ask when this will be resolved. Is it true that no one is responding to support tickets and you're just avoiding the issue? Is it true that selling such high-end line packages can't guarantee anything?

    Figure 1: Can you explain the gen2 line in Figure 2v.ps???
