    IPv6 needs to be configured manually, but the setup listed in the panel seems to be wrong. It suggests:

    IPv6 2402:9e80:000a:xxxx::
Prefix Length: 64
Gateway: 2402:9e80:000a:xxxx::1

    This did not work for me, as it fails to find the gateway. What did work is using the gateway one level up:

    IPv6 2402:9e80:000a:xxxx::
Prefix Length: 64
Gateway: 2402:9e80:000a::1

    I don't know if this is actually right - I just found it with some trial & error

    It was OVZ. I asked my account to be deleted a few years back, if they actually did it, then unfortunately I won't have anything. I might be able to find the ticket number from my emails but I can't guarantee. If you want that I can PM you that, but otherwise it's alright too.

    There's another person mentioning qos as well on the current line of KVM servers, so I don't think it's "fixed".

    OpenVZ was actively QoS'd due to abuse but KVM less so, I have asked for more information but yes we can refund if you aren't happy within 3 days of purchase.

    I would understand that you would want to keep abuse away, but just 2 speedtest-cli runs basically knocks the vps offline, is a little too much.

    I appreciate that you're willing to offer a refund if it doesn't work out, but I'd much rather that you are willing to step in and fix it rather than refunding though.

    I wasn't saying we wouldn't look to resolve just that a previous experience likely wouldn't happen again.
