DediRock really does bring a lot of stock with these deals. Their $27 for 2.5TB deal also still has stock. Managed to get double bandwidth on it posting to their BF thread too which puts the bandwidth in a pretty good ratio to the storage.
Given there was relatively few storage deals, this one stood out a bit to me.

If you can get the providers on board with it, single use codes and then a captcha on LET itself that issues the single use codes based on engagement / membership longer than a week / whatever might work.
I suspect that LLMs are getting to the point where they're quicker at that than humans.

I guess the problem is that any restrictions based on being logged on / from an IP that's been logged on before or similar, all that will happen is these bot sites will tell people to register an account just before the event starts. So, we'll just get flooded with new registrations on LET and cause the site more problems than just anonymous browsers.
Heh, so apparently for this price, you get an unusable seedbox. Can't add torrents via the webui, there's no info on how to actually connect to the rTorrent RPC interface. Opening a ticket yields a response of:
I read that as "we're not responsible for providing a seedbox that does its basic task and it's up to you to figure out how we broke things in an obviously highly-shared environment, with no clues to go on." This... does not bode well.

The proper ritual should’ve been wearing the rat avatar during last year’s BF/CM/Christmas (even though there wasn’t really any actual ritual). After all, Megathread Squad = RAT Squad. But 2024 has already passed, and I really miss those days! Work is painful, but the moment I get home and open LET, I feel genuinely happy!
