    Stable 100%, as they have live migration.
    Fast 75%, as it’s not dedicated CPU.

    Got a free Professional VPS from Evolution Host recently and it’s been solid so far. CPU and disk are snappy, network is stable, and the panel is simple and easy to use.
    Support is decent for basic stuff. Good option if you’re okay managing your own box and want a reliable budget VPS.
