    Yeah, they (dartnode) experienced a huge rush and had an issue that backed things up. Honestly, I say do the whole ISO download thing (faster than uploading it) and manually install it.

    the request is queued, they will most likely do it at some point, so anything i do now is futile, IMHO..

    You got these from black friday?

    yeah got 9 VPS, 2 from same provider (that are now locked somehow, gotta file a ticket there)..

    2 got unlocked, says probably triggered DDOS protection.. with speedtest-cli.. OMG.. still 2 more gonna take a bit of work..

    repos are all setup properly
    search comes up empty
    gotta wait for ubuntu 24 to be available. although i did try before on some vps deb11-13 and package always was there, no issues, that's why i got the vps without thinking about only 1 OS avail.. admin said that more to come later.. wait it is.. VPS in Sweden, very rare find, esp for yearly €12..

    damm.. euro sign takes 5 keys.. i think it's easier to just write "euros" - same amount of keys. the only method that works for me is ALT-0128 .. same for GBP - £ - ALT-0163.. what a chore..

    BTW, did you guys know MASS != WEIGHT? for that very reason, like water or moon. your body mass doesn't change, but the actual weight becomes smaller or bigger, depending on the situation..

    not that simple, but yes. i rediscovered it recently tho.. i never loved physics, always was into math. they usually say "math is the queen of all sciences".. and physicists add "and a simple helping hand for physics".

    I wasn't very good at maths. Not bad it it was the one thing that made it hard to get my diploma. Got through it though .

    My hatred for Maths is the only reason stopping me from getting into data science. I otherwise love it.

    Second that. I tore my ankle tendon muscle (?) some time ago. Never felt that kind of pain before. Almost fainted.

    see that's painful.. i never had a muscle tear. or broken bone. and hopefully never will. my body is very weird now. hands and legs probably down to 10% body fat or less, very sinewy, while belly and love handles - OMG, FAT FAT FAT.. when i do plank, if i look down there - it's like an old bag (of groceries) hanging where my abs should be.. and don't get me wrong, i have abs, after training for 5 years.. they are just not visible.. =) but i can feel them..

    Lol yeak, it's just aging. No shame in that's we'll all get there.

    i mean.. i am not that crazy old though.. not elderly.. i feel like 35 in my heart, in reality i am a tenner older than that.
