Fix your system mate. To access the client area, one needs an account; to get an account, one needs to place an order first; to place an order, it can't be done on auction because one needs account. Fix your website and test it, before wondering why people don't appear even though you advertise.

I just ordered something random, put "I just want an account" in the invoice, didnt pay it, and put in a ticket to cancel the invoice. Stupid generation of more work for the provider for me to get an account, but whatever. lol
Bro, you're not alone. Mine's broken too — still no IPv6, and my ticket has been unanswered for two days
Can confirm I had to do this another provider but it normally works and you can just leave the invoice unpaid til it clears out in a week or two
I am not even bothering with such providers. If they don't bother to see things from customer's perspective, it means they love to focus more on services, than on customers. I don't want to create account with such providers.
Once i saw the auctions I was like well that was pointless - compared to other black friday dedi deals most of them felt kinda meh.
