    I assume this is how it is supposed to work - you get 3 servers for $26.40.
    But if you click delete on two of those you end with single one for $13.20 which is not such great deal :D

    $26.40 for 3 seems nice, get this to $21 and I will buy as my 3x7$ idlers LOL

    Seems like both sides are taking this way too seriously. If I'm the guy who got the refund, WGAF. If I'm the business who fucked up and made it possible to buy a bundle for half price, give the guy his extra discount and don't make that mistake again.

    You don't even need to configure those 2nd and 3rd. You add/configure first one (with wrong price set) and then just go to cart - it's there, just one server ready to purchase.
    Bundle my ass - no idea if this WHMCS or you totally missconfigured it... but as I've never seen any provider using WHMCS bundle function I would assume both :-D

    WHMCS truely sounds like a nightmare. To think many providers say the other options are worse. Can’t imagine what they’re like.

    Sounds pretty unintuitive way to handle bundles by the system, anyway. Wonder if it’s any more or less error prone that having users select just the one server and then asking they raise a support ticket to provision the other ones. At least you avoid this billing situation where people don’t add 3 to the cart. Guess that doesn’t working you have low inventory but and people can’t guarantee they’ll get what they want post purchase.

Your web page system offered a 3 VPS bundle, it was $26 American, I figured it was worth clicking on before they all disappeared, when I clicked to the next page it was $13 and change, I figured it was a 50% discount, I could either see whether you had posted that on LET or I could click through and get the deal before someone else did.

    I did not "visit" all three server location offerings, I did not do anything to unselected anything, nothing in my process of buying required more than selecting the 3 server bundle.

    You guys who are experts on WHCMS or whatever the acronym is are presuming all customers are web hosts, I have never owner or run a web host and have never played with WHCMS.

    I can tell you that you have no way of knowing what a piece of software you didn't write yourself is capable of erroring on (if it is even an error, we are taking @itsTomHarper word for that).

    You tech guys (and I know you well, I represent you almost exclusively) have a religious belief in your systems with deficient ideas about what the law, or normal people, experience when using tech. I am somewhere in the middle, but this is how you get in much bigger trouble than this $13 dispute when you reach bigger platforms in life.

    Don't fail to listen to the evidence before reflexively taking "your team's" side.

    I have tons of screenshots and emails documenting what his own system wrote to me.

    The courts are still open here in California and I have other work to do this afternoon.
