Not sure what your point/question is. Support guy's argument is I somehow got a 50% discount by my own actions, which is ridiculous -- his own server logs will show I clicked on their BF page, accepted the deal and was delivered to the pay page with the price in a couple of seconds. I am not a developer, I am a professional in a non-technical field. And he knows it because I register with honest info and have a public internet identity easily googled.
The seller page clearly say 10 GBP per year, so its provider misconfiguration

I think veloxmedia should honor the price for goodwill. May be get the packages “oos” till fixed to avoid repeat issues. Cometvps honoured their $32 deal for me and I will have no issues recommending them after the nice support experience. This is what you guys also want.

But you are supposed to buy 3x13.xx USD which doesn't go to $26.41 either.
This is surely missconfigured and/or @itsTomHarper has no idea how WHMCS bundle works (no idea if anyone has LOL, WHMCS is famous for being shit). [please enable manual checks for this or nuke this bundle]
However as this clearly states 3 servers, 3 locations and you are guided by selecting 3 locations I can't support making a case if you didn't bought all 3 locations.
If you bought all 3 locations and then provider denied you it you can be mad and that is all :-D
In WHCMS, if you buy bundles, you have to click through all 3 servers.
He just clicked on one and then checked out, hence the deal is invalid.

Some of these hosts are trying to build good PR and YET they are willing to be seen as an obvious grifter in black and white print over what, the difference between $26 and $13 dollars? No wonder they are low end providers.
