I want a storage server with a 10G port and unlimited traffic.

I want a server located in the US West region with a 2G-10G port and unlimited traffic. The hard drive capacity should be 10TB-20TB, which can be either HDD or SSD. How much does such a server probably cost? A 4-core CPU will be sufficient, and 16GB of memory is enough.

    Alternatively, a limited traffic plan with 330TB or more of bandwidth is also acceptable.

    My budget is under $100. In fact, I don't even need a 10G port; a 2G port is sufficient.
