Never had that problem. InPost shows which locker is yours and you just make sure if someone takes it before you because was closer to ask if it's really his aka phone number / size / weight fits.
I check my packages because of that :-P

Kinda yes and no, I wasn't 100% serious about it. In the "modern society" a lot of things are automated to the point I sometimes feel it's too much. Saves a lot of time (and money) tho.
