4 days passed and still no freebies
When I bought the first server from them and there was a problem, they responded to my ticket in 2 minutes. The first server is located on node07, it is running smoothly with very rare interruptions for 5-10 minutes.
Now I've bought a second server from them, it's on node10. He started having problems right away. And since last night, he hasn't been working at all. They now respond to tickets for 3 days.
My node10 server has been down for over 36 hours. But the problem is not even that, but that there is no information from them.
All this time they are not responding to the ticket.

This looks like a complete disregard for the problem. Good hosters, when a big problem arises, make sure to inform customers that they see a problem and that they are solving the problem. In this case, it looks like you're left alone with your problem. I already regret that I bought a second server. I thought their servers worked the same way.

I understand that sometimes there may be errors on the server, this is normal, especially for such a price. I understand that the server will sometimes have problems, on node07 I sometimes, very rarely have problems, the server stops working, but after 5-10 minutes everything is fine again. I understand that it is impossible to respond to a ticket in 1 minute, it is normal to wait several hours for a response. But it's not normal that I have to wait so long for a solution to such a simple problem, especially if there is no global problem. And it's not normal that I have to write here because I haven't received a response to the ticket. It's not in your best interest.

paid for VPS on 22.11, received on 25.11, however the VPS is not usable, cant access with set password or it always changes its fingerprint. Rebuilding multiple times the VPS brings same issue. VPS is shutdown, but you can still SSH it. What an interesting config they have. Ticket has not been responded since 27.11 till today. Hope, someone from Chunk remembers they have to care sometimes about their duties.

At first, I couldn't connect to the server via SSH. I immediately made a ticket. After 6 hours, the server stopped responding completely. I wrote another message in the same ticket. I tried restarting the server, it didn't help. Then I tried disabling the server and turning it back on. But when I tried to turn it on, I got an error message. No one answered the ticket for more than a day, until I left a message here. After that, Chunkserve asked me for the ticket number, did something, and after 5 minutes the server started working.
Therefore, I have no complaints about the fact that sometimes problems happen. It's bad that these minor problems have been solved for so long.
