People are unlikely to exchange BTC with you through PayPal, because PayPal technically disallows Bitcoin exchange; what this means is that the PayPal-using party (you, in this case) could initiate a dispute and win it, thereby leaving the seller out of money. Basically, it's too easy to scam somebody over PayPal.
