Any good vps with yearly option - excluding dedirock
Dedirock is absolute scam. Took money but vps never worked. Chased 2 days and finally had to file a paypal dispute to get money. Any good vps with yearly option and good ram + storage? I need a reliable vps not something that goes up/down on a regular basis.

I've had great luck with Racknerd's servers in Toronto. I was in the NY ones, too, previously, and those were good as well.
I have 10x VPS from RackNerd and have never experienced any downtime.

I've had a VPS with RackNerd for over 3 years. No notable issues, excellent uptime. Only real drawback is the lack of IPv6 support in most regions. I just use a Hurricane Electric tunnel broker to get it.

Sorry about that man. What was your Invoice # or Ticket ID so I can at least check to see what happened, and maybe offer a make good?
Right now we are just adjusting to the growth. I have added three new team members this past week alone to handle the work load and ticket flow.
A new Systems Admin last week, who is putting order to the entire network. We have expanded 2000% since this time last year.
So we are going through it, but we are improving everyday and making improvements.
