Hey Akz, unfortunately we do not have an offer for specifically what you want, however we do have a promotion running on cPanel VPS licenses for 13.00. If you add in 1.50 for your softaculous license that would come out to 14.50. (less than what you would pay a regualr cPanel provider for a cPanel licnese)

It would be good for you to purchase softaculous directly(Cost: $1.5/m or $12/yr for vps)
BCP is always my #1 choice for cPanel licences
But you also need to run CloudLinux & Litespeed Server discounts.
Yes BCP is best choice, i using 10+ cPanel licenses from them.
But i wish BCP have discount for litespeed web server
