    That's absolutely correct.

    I did not steal any images. I cited from a public post by that client in the VPS group on Facebook, along with a polite recommendation. You can review them yourself.

    However, Greencloud reacted quite harshly. It seems like they lost their composure and became aggressive without properly considering the situation.

    I think that was unprofessional.

    It seems that you only copied someone else's image from Facebook, which suggests you may not have full information about the situation. If you are not directly involved and are not the actual Greencloud customer affected, it's unclear why you are posting complaints on LET and continuing to criticize Greencloud's service.

    Are you a Greencloud customer? Please state your role clearly, because making accusations without direct involvement is misleading and unhelpful to the discussion.

    Let me keep this simple: The original customer could not access their website or installed panel.

    The first ticket was resolved by a simple reboot from our staff, and he was informed at that time the VPS was still pinging normally.

    A week later, he opened a second ticket. Our staff suggested he check the CPU usage (which had been at 100% for a long period), as this was the probable reason the panel was inaccessible.

    No suspension or stop action was taken from our side.

    But instead of thanking our staff for the extra time helping him, he posted on a FB group blaming the issue on us, solely to create drama and invite malicious commenters. That level of dishonesty is a big NO for us.

    This user, @huongbm123, is now attempting to use that false story to attack us with multiple false statements, insults, and thread derailing attempts. That is why I requested a mod/admin to step in.

    No worries at all and thanks for the very clear explanation, now I can be certain the issue of the website downtime (on the FB post) is not caused by you, this info is a bit hard to gather from the FB post alone and this gives a clear perspective.

    Baseless claims and straight up lies are not welcome here. @huongbm123 if you feel that this ban is unjustified, you can open a ticket at https://services.lowendtalk.com to appeal.
