The decision was made immediately after reading that post. Our staff provided assistance when he opened the ticket, despite the service being unmanaged and the issue not originating on our side. He then posted a statement on FB claiming the issue was our fault because we helped him, providing no details, purely to gain attention.

That's absolutely correct.
I did not steal any images. I cited from a public post by that client in the VPS group on Facebook, along with a polite recommendation. You can review them yourself.
However, Greencloud reacted quite harshly. It seems like they lost their composure and became aggressive without properly considering the situation.
I think that was unprofessional.

I don't have the full context but terminiating his service just after reading a customer's (true/false) Social media allegations seems like a poor way to manage conflicts.
Not sure if that's against ToS?.

A private company can refuse to work with anyone for any reason. They can just wake up and say let's kick out all customers with name A...
And you have to suck it up and move on.
And lesson for the future, if you are using a provider and want to keep your services active with them, don't shitpost or complain about them in public.
They can just refund your money (if they are nice enough) terminate your services and you suck it up.
If you have an issue with their service, create a ticket, try resolving, if no luck. Move away from the provider, and do all the shitpost and negative talk, so if they close your account, you will lose nothing.

It's their company, they can kick all of their customers out if they want for no reason. And also you are free to not use their service.
Think in different scenario, you are working for a company and you are shit talking about them (they are your employer) right or wrong. Would that company be happy to hear that? No. Would they want to keep employing you? No.

The thing is I am still not very certain about who's right or wrong here. As in yes I can see the wrong part of the user who accused, but then I can't be 100% sure GreenCloud is in the right - hence it is complicated.
Is the initial problem of the customer (on FB) using too much CPU?
He cannot represent others here, he should only represent himself. If he can't provide proof of exactly what he says (by actually using the service), then I think it's all a lie.
