I placed an order, but I had trouble applying my account credits to it. Your portal seems to be missing the feature to apply credits, or perhaps I’m missing something obvious. Please take a look at ticket #1628627 (and related invoice #363788). Also, please do not cancel the invoice if support is a bit slow due to the BFCM rush.
If you could make it easier to apply credits to future purchases, that would be much better. This is especially true if I need to apply credits and pay the rest. Right now, I have to do the math myself.

This is actually a 1st for me.. the IP of my VPS apparently is blacklisted by proxmox so I could not even update.. Would go ipv4 then tries ipv6 and fail.. cant download CT templates either cause you can't connect to proxmox download servers..
asked requesting an IP swap.. Tech said $3 but no guarantee the new IP wont be the same!! Well that's no good!
