But our seedboxes are halfway there with docker rootless ... in theory you can run a ubuntu container shrugs

Same for both the specials I bought. I put in a ticket for one, but also ran a script to reinstall docker, so not sure what fixed it, but one does show docker as active. Also, their media install script tries to access links/endpoints that don't exist and also fails due to unset variables in .bashrc. The AI they ran it through fucked up the urls. I fixed all that, but the applications still error out after the script runs. I gave up and I'm only using the seedboxes for qbittorrent and rclone, which do work out of the box. An offering with root would be much more interesting.

root --> MD series dedi, fully self managed.

Submtit error logs as ticket.

If you mess with the configs (ie. change versions) then you can't expect the configs we provide to even exist anymore.

If docker not running, just request updating the service. if you blow up your seedbox, then ask for reprovisioning (everything wiped back to defaults).
