@DartNode I can't access the slice I get yesterday should I wait or contact support MCO-RZ-4?

Please contact support! And DM me ticket number

If I purchased VPS-1 – $10 per year, can I get support? My VPS had IPv4 but now it doesn't.

Do you have a ticket #? Please DM me

I noticed the offer lists specific one-time prices for RAM and Storage upgrades. Could you please clarify if these upgrades must be purchased immediately during the initial provisioning?

If I start with the base configuration (16GB RAM) now, is it possible to purchase these one-time upgrades later via a support ticket when my business needs grow?

They stated somewhere in the giant black Friday megathread a few times that it can be purchased later, but the price will be whatever the market price for those upgrades are at the time - so if the current trend of ai gobbling everything up continues they may get more expensive.

When will the 'Warehouse Deal: LET FLASH: VPS-3 for a Fraction' be provisioned? I have already paid. @DartNode

We sold 200 of those in that drop! So it might still be provisioning.

  • Great server, want it.

Has the "Re-Install OS Job In Queue" status been ongoing for over an hour Is this normal?

I tried reinstalling the system through the Control Panel, but it keeps showing "waiting"... Hi, could you please help me out in your busy schedule?

got one of the $13.99/yr KC-SSD-1 which i guess means kansas city. it eventually reinstalled as debian 12 which i'm grateful for. disk is not 100 gb as advertised.

    # df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    udev 1.9G 0 1.9G 0% /dev
    tmpfs 392M 528K 392M 1% /run
    /dev/sda1 3.9G 1.3G 2.6G 34% /
    tmpfs 2.0G 0 2.0G 0% /dev/shm
    tmpfs 5.0M 0 5.0M 0% /run/lock

    # lsblk
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINTS
    sda 8:0 0 3.9G 0 disk
    `-sda1 8:1 0 3.9G 0 part /
    sr0 11:0 1 4M 0 rom
    sr1 11:1 1 1024M 0 rom

and i tried using the following knowledge base article which did not address the issue -- https://help.dartnode.com/how-to/how-to/linux/how-to-grow-a-partition-on-ubuntu

    Ticket #15266

Wasn't the VPS slice supposed to come with a 100GB disk? I just checked and it only shows 5GB! Also, it seems like the promised IPv6 hasn't been assigned to the product either. Could you please take a moment to look into these issues when you have time? I'd really appreciate your help! @DartNode

    @DartNode

I fully understand the need to generate revenue, but product bugs should be addressed promptly rather than launching new promotions while existing issues remain unresolved. Don’t you think continually these problems could harm your reputation in the long run?
