  Hi, may I ask if there's something wrong since my invoice still stay at 'Payment Pending' after several hours of Paypal payment succeed. And the service got cancelled. I can't contact by the ticket system because 'There was an issue loading this page'.

  My invoice number is 439. Thank you.

  Payment seems to be quite tricky. I tried several times to pay by credit card, but each time I received a refund and a PayPal error message on the website. I could then pay with PayPal, but with a worse exchange rate ($/€). There is certainly room for improvement :P.

  Same. I tried like 10 times with different credit cards but all failed, said 'Paypal capture failed'. Paypal works in the final.

  Told me my credit card was denied over and over too. Yet AMEX said the charge was not attempted. Glad it was not just me!
