do they fix their server network? few years ago i've test them, the worst ever.
I have got a baby server with them and network is...well, it is ok ish for my purposes but I have got nothing serious. So, probably, network is still the same.
If you got VPS Nano, it is stricted to 100Mbps port speed. We changed our network. Give a try in our VPS with 1Gbps for 5€ if you don't like it, you can request a refund.
Please read our AUP about refunds.
You can try, if you don't like. We give the money back, we have some stock of VPS Nano available for 11€ but port speed is limited to 100Mbps, other VPS Plans is 1Gbps shared.
Hello Ava Hosting staff, would my VM be terminated if CPU usage overage for a period of time (like RAMNODE, VM or account deletion), Or the CPU can be throttled instead of VM termination (like buyvm or vultr does). What's the accepted sustained usage? is 50% CPU for 10 hours okay?
I am okay with CPU throttled in case that my program runs of control (sometimes java processes would eat many percentage of CPU out of no obvious reason). But I cannot accept an VM or account deletion all of a sudden.

We allow 100% CPU usage but not more than 5minutes.
Is better to open a ticket support if you still have some questions.
But we allow CPU usage as long it won't be 100% CPU for more than 5 min or disturbing neighbors.

If you stay with more than 5minutes using 100% CPU and if affects other neightbors it could be suspended, if is not constant it can be throttled.

That doesn't mean, we will suspended.. We recommend to move to another VPS Plan.
I tried 3X to order a €11/yr Nano server. I was issued an invoice every time, but your payment processor is quite shit, and wouldn't accept any method of (three) payments I tried. Now the offer is gone.

Had a nano with them back in 2024, good enough for a personal wordpress without much traffic, I even tried to add other applications to it and worked fine.
Although 2025 had a machine down (ping failure) and my mail didn't receive any warning..
