I just got the 1.5TB plan and I just wasted a day trying to use it. Now I cannot even ping it. Can I just cancel it an request for a refund now?

Oh nvm, there is no control panel. Seems you gotta get everything done via support ticket.

Normally, yes. But why do you want a refund. (Just ask for your opinions tho).
Edited: Saw you above comments, I think recently, the state of Dedirock is becoming much more unstable than when I bought it. I have no problems with them til now. But I agreed with you, I also see them have some problems with other customers (maybe because they are facing too much *users?).
Well, at the beginning I could login to the server, but most of the commands gave me "Input/output error" as response. Now I can not even login to the server. Ticket open since yesterday. Starting to regret this order.
