The links go to the same claim URL, but links do "die" after they've been claimed. Rather than having separate queues per link it is one general queue though. Having unique codes/links was a requirement of some of the events we participate in.
It's not by any means a perfect or well flushed out system. Its like v0.2, our whole panel is custom written by us, and there's still more on the to do list with higher priority before revisiting.
