    US locations can create a manual backup but there is a limit in backup and restore interval. Generally speaking you can only make around one backup a day, and the backup process is slow since it's stored off-site. So the backups aren't a guaranteed part of the service and should only be used if you're about to make big changes to your server, and the server is shut down when the backup is made.

    Always 100% best to maintain your own backups to your own storage.

    I want to buy 10 of them, but let‘s leave some good things for others.
    The security lock feature is interesting, good for old sites.

    Sure, just open a request on the site.

    You can read over the terms of service, check the bottom of page 2. CPU usage isn't something you have to worry about really, this should not be a concern at all and if it were, you would be contacted beforehand, but that would mean you'd be the one person every year or two this might happen to.
