Hi @hosthatch,
If I want to setup BGP, do I make a request after the VM is initialized? Or request it right at purchase?
Any YABS results for HFC plans?
@hosthatch, is it normal with 3h+ with the server still in pending status after the invoice was paid?
EDIT - nevermind - the answer was on first page if I had bother to read it
Good save!
@hosthatch Does bgp session support downstream?
Invoice #572161 ... cancelled straight away? What gives? Thx!
Appears to have resolved itself ... Fixed / Paid! THANKS!!
@hosthatch I like that you explained what was dedicated usage and shared usage, nice job here
I ordered a 3 years Japan VPS, but the bill is Cancelled automatically
Depends on the location - https://docs.hosthatch.com/features/
Yes indeed.
After your server is set up. We cannot setup BGP if you do not have an active server.
I answered this earlier in the thread.
Yes, we will need a list of the ASNs and prefixes.
Please make sure your account details are accurate and you are not using a VPN, and then order again. If it still gets flagged, you can open a ticket and we will take a look manually.
After purchasing a new BF machine, can I pay to change the IP address once?
@hosthatch
Can I install Windows on your VPS ??
Is there any option to pay for this monthly?
can i purchase extra ips?
no
GLWS
Hello
I just made a purchase
Unknown node, according to your reply above, this node is confirmed to be the Seoul node. I would like to inquire if the opening of the Seoul node is also around 10 days after placing the order (around December 10th)? Secondly, doubling the memory and hard drive should be automatic, right?
Finally, may I ask if the testing IP and mirror in Seoul will be launched on December 2nd?
Thank you!
@hosthatch I tried to place an order, but the invoices are being generated with the status "cancelled."
I tried twice, but the same thing happened.
Could you look into this?
I also created a ticket, but perhaps the team is currently down (BF2025 MOAARRR!!).
If this was a system error, please let me know and allow me to proceed with my order.
Invoice: #572664
Thank you.
I'm using windows 2022 in one of their server
I tried to add a new server in Zurich earlier but the page like errored out or something, said "Whoops! There appears to be errors..." and now I don't see Zurich as an option. I guess it's sold out?
i picked the storage AMS plan
Debian 13 isn't listed as an image. Why?
It's not a deal breaker, since both upgrading from 12 and uploading a custom image are possible. However, it would be nice to avoid the hassle of jumping through hoops.
Alright, it's gone.
@hosthatch While I don't expect an exception, any chance some of these would make a return for Monday? Was going to grab 2 storage servers in AU.
Doesn't seem very appealing. Old configuration, old price
We'll have them available tomorrow for a couple of hours (will provide the time in advance). After that, they will not be restocked again.
You're right. 2TB RAM that cost ~$1750 last year, now costs ~$4650, so we can offer special pricing just for you, that is higher than we offer everyone else. In the spirit of making it appealing to you.
Legend,
haha, I would reply the same if I was you

"Our promotional services are provided at near-cost pricing to fill up excess capacity and should be used accordingly"
Dear Friend,
They have also clearly stated it; you can read it more carefully.
“Surplus” means that they had purchased it earlier and still have it in stock. Therefore, pricing it based on current market rates or as if it were newly built/purchased would not be accurate.
Whether or not there is a promotion, they still have to cover hardware and infrastructure costs as planned.
Promotions are a strategic tool designed to “fill in” and optimize benefits for both parties. While we appreciate promotions, it’s important to understand their true nature.
The market operates on the principle of mutual negotiation, where both sides agree on a fair deal—it is not a matter of charity or handouts.
Regarding their working approach, I still consider them to be a good supplier.
We should not confuse this with the other issue.
I am very open to constructive feedback that is well-reasoned and professional from you 😅.
